HBL is looking to hire Compliance Analyst to perform specialist review on the design of internal circular and ensure regulatory compliance at a bank-wide level.
Job Details:
• Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate compilation and reporting of Institutional Risk Assessment Framework (IRAF) to the Board Audit Committee (BAC) & BOD
• Assist in IRAF exercise on a half-yearly and annual basis including coordination with all business units
• Map SBP inspection observations to relevant IRAF questions and accordingly suggest revision of rating (if need be).
• Handle all reporting or information requests related to IRAF to BAC, BOD, CCM, senior management, Regulator(s), external audit and internal audit.
• Remaining abreast with and conversant to revisions in Central Bank regulations/ guidelines, circulars, notifications and industry best practices

• Follow up on action plan under various laws/regulations/circulars related to Corporate Governance
• Review document/agreement/proposals/notices related to CDC, share registrar, TFCs etc. and liaison with legal dept.
• Exploring & research on international laws and emerging trends in regulatory requirements
